As a resident of Oxnard, John has been active in overseeing Oxnard City Council and speaking out about issues of concern. As a Deputy District Attorney, John also provides a unique perspective on legal matters. John also broke the story on the Oxnard Street Sweepers making $200K a year.

As a retired LAFD Captain, Scott brings a valuable perspective to taxpayer issues surrounding Police and Fire. Having in inside perspective allows the board to better make informed decisions. He also has a strong presence at Board of Supervisor meetings, defending the taxpayer.

As a former Moorpark City Councilman, Daniel serves as a watchdog in the city of Moorpark and brings taxpayer issues to our attention. He also provides meetings space and event support for our organization throughout the year.

Bill is deeply involved with commercial real estate. This allows Bill to keep a pulse on the economy of Ventura County and advocate for property rights. His efforts have also supported an increase in our event tickets sales and newsletter distribution.

As a VCTA board member, David has become our expert on all water related taxpayer issues, both interpreting water decisions and advising VCTA positions. He will be instrumental during the 2026 elections as bond measures are introduced.
